Silk & Stone – Return & Refund Policy

At Silk & Stone, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel

  • Beauty products

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Delays

Silk & Stone is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external circumstances beyond our control.
